A leading architectural firm in Dubai was awarded a fast-track luxury hotel façade project. The design called for vibrant, durable metal cladding that could withstand the Middle East’s extreme heat and sand erosion. Production & Quality Control

1. Raw Material Inspection: Coils received from TISCO mill with full traceability. Chemical composition and mechanical properties verified against ASTM A240 standards.
2. Slitting & Leveling: Precision slitting to exact widths followed by tension leveling to ensure flatness tolerance under 0.2mm/m².
3. Surface Preparation: Mirror polishing achieved No. 8 finish (Ra ≤ 0.05μm), and hairline brushing applied uniform lines (Ra 0.2–0.3μm).
4. PVD Color Coating: Sheets loaded into a multi-arc ion plating chamber. Process parameters strictly controlled for consistent color across the entire batch — L*a*b values checked with a benchtop spectrophotometer.
5. Nano-Coating Application: Roller-coated anti-fingerprint layer baked at 120°C, achieving a water contact angle > 105° for superior hydrophobic performance.
6. Quality Inspection: Each sheet visually inspected under 1000-lux lighting. Random samples underwent salt spray testing (ASTM B117), cross-hatch adhesion test (ISO 2409, class 0), and UV-accelerated aging (QUV 500h, ΔE < 2).
7. Third-Party Verification: SGS inspectors conducted dimensional checks, coating thickness measurement, and witnessed the salt spray test on-site before issuing the final report.

Packing & Container Loading

• Each sheet protected with laser-cut PE protective film (black & white, 70μm thickness).
• Sheets stacked in bundles of 30–40, separated by VCI paper and 5mm EPE foam interleaving.
• Bundles wrapped in waterproof craft paper, then packed into 18mm-thick fumigation-free plywood cases with steel edge protectors.
• Palletized cases secured with PET strapping and labeled with barcode, dimensions, color code, and handling instructions.
• Loading into a 40ft HQ container supervised by our logistics team, with professional bracing and corner blocks to eliminate movement.

Shipment Delivery

The full 20 tons were finished, packed, and loaded within 18 calendar days — two days ahead of the client’s deadline. Shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, MTCs, SGS Inspection Report, and Certificate of Origin were couriered within 24 hours after vessel departure. The cargo arrived at Jebel Ali Port without any damage, and the client confirmed the material was immediately installed upon arrival.
