1. Raw coil incoming inspection: Check chemical composition of 316L stainless steel coil before rolling, eliminate unqualified raw material;
2. Multi-pass precision cold rolling + bright annealing to remove internal stress, improve flatness and ductility;
3. Fixed-size cutting according to customer’s drawing;
4. Three-level QC: Workshop self-inspection → full QC inspection → third-party SGS random inspection. Test items include dimension, surface, tensile strength, corrosion resistance. All goods 100% pass inspection before packing.
