Manufacturing Process

Hot Rolling and Pickling

Steel billets are hot-rolled at high temperatures into hot-rolled, pickled steel coils to remove surface scale and impurities, ensuring a clean surface.

Cold Rolling
Precision cold rolling mills are used to further reduce the thickness of the hot-rolled coils to 0.15–6 mm, resulting in a smooth surface and high dimensional accuracy.

Annealing
Through full-hydrogen bell annealing or continuous annealing, the steel is softened to improve ductility, facilitating forming processes such as bending and stamping.

Finishing and Oiling

Finishing: The surface is finely polished to remove microscopic defects and improve flatness.

Oiling: A rust-preventive oil is applied to protect the steel from rusting during storage and transportation; the oil application rate is typically 800–1,200 mg/m².
