Material & Surface Treatment
Base Material: High-quality stainless steel (optional 304/316 grade), with excellent corrosion resistance, rust resistance, ductility and mechanical strength, able to withstand the load of floor slabs and harsh construction environments.
Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing, with uniform galvanized layer (zinc layer thickness: 80-120μm), strong adhesion, good anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance. The combination of stainless steel and galvanized coating forms a dual protective layer, effectively resisting moisture, chemical erosion and atmospheric corrosion, extending the service life of the floor decking.
