439 cold rolled customized stainless steel belongs to upgraded stabilized ferritic stainless steel developed based on 430 base material, positioning between ordinary decorative ferritic steel and high-end austenitic anti-corrosion steel, totally different from martensitic 410S heat-treatable wear-resistant material and nickel-containing 300-series anti-acid alloy steel. While conventional 430 steel without stabilizing additive is prone to intergranular sensitization corrosion after long-term alternating cold-hot circulation and welding construction, 439 adopts professional titanium fixation metallurgical design: titanium element preferentially binds free carbon and nitrogen inside steel matrix to form stable carbide and nitride, fundamentally eliminate grain boundary chromium depletion problem, so material keeps intact anti-corrosion property after repeated welding and periodic temperature fluctuation.
