This brushed colored stainless steel sheet takes matte wire-drawing texture as core substrate, equipped with full-size custom production capacity, and is completely different from high-gloss mirror colored steel plates and single fixed-size brushed sheets introduced before. Centered on mainstream 3mm standard thickness and supporting ultra-thin foil to heavy structural thick plates, it selects 304 and low-carbon molybdenum 316L two universal decorative grades, combined with vacuum ion plating coloring process to deliver low-sheen metal decorative effect. Positioned for architectural and commercial decoration projects that pursue restrained, high-texture matte style, it avoids the dazzling reflection defect of mirror panels, and realizes integrated customization of thickness, width, length and color for construction manufacturers and decoration contractors. It is a versatile matte decorative metal plate solution for both indoor delicate decoration and long-term outdoor weather-resistant engineering.

Cost-balanced universal decorative grade, widely adopted for most indoor and semi-outdoor projects. After fine uniform brushing and vacuum color coating, the linear matte texture is delicate and consistent without messy streaks. It can resist indoor humidity, dust, daily water vapor and urban light rain erosion, maintaining stable color and texture for years. The 3mm stock thickness has moderate rigidity, not easy to bend and sag after installation, perfectly suitable for hotel lobbies, elevator cabins, shopping mall partitions, indoor furniture surfaces and conventional building interior veneers. It greatly controls the overall material cost of large-scale indoor decoration while guaranteeing decorative texture.

Low-carbon molybdenum-containing premium grade designed for harsh humid and salt-rich environments. Compared with 304, its resistance to chloride ions, coastal salt mist, pool water vapor and industrial acid floating dust is significantly improved. The low-carbon formula eliminates intergranular corrosion risks after cutting and welding, so the brushed base and color coating will not produce rust spots, discoloration or peeling even under long-term outdoor exposure. It is the exclusive choice for coastal building facades, open-air landscape modeling, underground humid commercial spaces and permanent outdoor curtain wall decoration with high durability requirements.

Different from cheap spray-coated brushed plates, this product adopts two integrated professional processes to ensure texture stability and color durability, which is the core advantage distinguishing it from other decorative steel sheets:

1. Uniform continuous brushed substrate treatment

   Raw steel plate undergoes multi-group fine abrasive wire drawing processing, forming orderly, consistent linear matte texture across the whole plate surface. The brushed lines are shallow and delicate, softening light reflection to create advanced low-gloss industrial and light-luxury atmosphere, without glare visual interference caused by mirror panels. Before coloring, the plate surface is flattened and degreased to remove pits, scratches and uneven texture, laying a flawless foundation for subsequent ion plating.

2. High-adhesion vacuum PVD ion color plating

   No surface paint spraying is adopted. Metal ions fuse with the brushed steel matrix under high-temperature vacuum environment, forming a compact wear-resistant color protective film. Available mainstream colors include titanium gold, rose gold, black titanium, bronze, champagne gray, gunmetal blue and other matte metallic tones matching brushed texture. The color layer has strong scratch resistance and UV resistance, will not fade, blister or peel under long-term temperature alternation and outdoor sunlight exposure. The brushed base and color coating form double anti-corrosion protection, far exceeding the weather resistance of ordinary painted brushed sheets.

Breaking the limitation of fixed-spec decorative sheets on the market, this series supports full-dimensional customization covering ultra-narrow strips to super-wide large plates and ultra-thin foil to heavy load-bearing thick plates, with 3mm as conventional spot thickness for quick delivery:

1. Thickness range 0.1mm–100mm: 0.1–2mm ultra-thin brushed colored sheets have superior bending performance, applicable to curved wall surfaces, arc ceiling modeling and complex streamline architectural structures; 3mm standard thickness balances flatness and rigidity, the most commonly used specification for wall cladding and elevator panels; plates above 12mm are heavy structural thick plates, used for decorative countertops, load-bearing landscape components and architectural sculpture blanks after brushing and coloring.
2. Width adjustable from 3mm narrow decorative strips to 2500mm extra-wide integrated panels: Super-wide plates reduce splicing seams on large-area curtain walls, presenting complete continuous brushed texture; narrow strips are customized for building edge trimming, door and window decorative lines and small embedded components.
3. Length fully tailored according to construction drawings, no fixed standard sizes. Factory precise cutting avoids material waste and secondary cutting labor on construction sites, improving project progress efficiency.

Brushed colored sheets of all thicknesses adapt to common decoration workshop processing: CNC cutting, grooving, cold bending, arc folding, punching and welding. For brushed matte surfaces, we support low-temperature argon arc welding to prevent local oxidation blackening of texture and color layer at weld joints; matched repair coloring materials can restore consistent brushed texture after welding, with invisible splicing traces.

Compared with mirror plates that are extremely easy to scratch, the matte brushed surface has certain anti-scratch concealment performance, slight friction marks generated during transportation and hoisting are not obvious, greatly reducing construction protection difficulty. Each finished plate is covered with thick anti-glue PE protective film, effectively protecting the delicate brushed colored surface from abrasion during processing and installation.

For packaging, soft isolation paper is padded between stacked plates to avoid scratch on brushed matte surfaces; plates of different widths and grades are separately bundled, loaded on reinforced shockproof wooden pallets with full moisture-proof wrapping.
