The color coating will not peel, fade or develop rust spots after long-term outdoor exposure. 1. Precision Hairline Drawing Substrate

   Before coloring, the raw steel plate undergoes multi-pass uniform wire drawing treatment to form continuous delicate linear texture across the whole surface. The hairline lines are neat and consistent without uneven streaks or local rough marks. This subtle matte texture weakens strong light reflection, effectively reducing light glare in indoor spaces and presenting advanced low-gloss metal texture, far more layered than smooth mirror plates for decoration use.

2. Vacuum Ion Coating Coloring Technology

   Adopts high-temperature vacuum ion plating instead of surface spray painting. Metal ions are fused with the stainless steel matrix at molecular level, forming a compact color protective film that will not fall off under daily friction, wiping and light impact. Available mainstream colors include titanium gold, rose gold, bronze, black titanium, champagne gold, gun gray etc., all with stable color difference control in batches. The coating also strengthens the original anti-corrosion performance of stainless steel, forming double protection together with the base metal passivation film.

This colored hairline stainless steel sheet fits all conventional decoration workshop processing techniques. It can be saw-cut, CNC carved, bent, welded and punched freely; after welding, local repair coloring can restore consistent surface texture and color, no obvious splicing trace left. Compared with aluminum color plates, stainless steel has higher surface hardness, scratch resistance and compression resistance, not easy to produce concave marks during daily use of elevators, furniture and public space decorations, greatly reducing post-completion maintenance frequency.
