321 Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Sheet is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel developed for high-temperature and welding-intensive industrial scenarios. Different from conventional 304 and 316 grades, 321 steel is added with titanium elements to effectively restrain carbide precipitation, completely solving intergranular corrosion problems caused by long-term high-temperature operation and repeated welding.

We provide mainstream 2mm, 3mm and 4mm hot rolled sheet metal in stock, featuring uniform hot-rolled microstructure, outstanding thermal stability and excellent mechanical toughness. It is the preferred specialized metal sheet for high-temperature pipeline systems, thermal equipment and heat-resistant industrial projects.

321 hot rolled stainless steel sheet inherits excellent ductility and toughness of austenitic steel, while titanium element modification greatly enhances its high-temperature resistance and welding stability. It avoids material embrittlement and corrosion failure under 400℃-800℃ high-temperature working conditions, which cannot be replaced by 304 ordinary stainless steel.

The hot rolling process ensures compact internal structure, uniform thickness tolerance and strong structural stability. The pickled NO.1 surface is clean, oxide-free and easy for secondary welding, polishing and deep processing.
