Production Process
Seamless tube: Titanium sponge → vacuum smelting → hot extrusion → pickling → multi-pass cold rolling/cold drawing → annealing → finishing → NDT → packaging. Welded tube: Titanium strip/plate → roll forming → TIG welding → weld annealing → sizing → NDT → packaging. Strict temperature and purity control ensures product quality.
