Product Description
TA1 titanium alloy tube is a commercial pure titanium tube corresponding to ASTM Grade 1, featuring the best plasticity and toughness in the commercial pure titanium series. With excellent corrosion resistance, good processability, formability and biocompatibility, it is widely used in chemical industry, marine engineering, medical care, energy and other fields, serving as an ideal structural and transportation material for medium-low temperature and weak corrosion environments.

Production Process
Seamless tube: Titanium sponge → vacuum smelting → hot extrusion → pickling → multi-pass cold rolling/cold drawing → annealing → finishing → NDT → packaging.
Welded tube: Titanium strip/plate → roll forming → TIG welding → weld annealing → sizing → NDT → packaging.
Strict temperature and purity control ensures product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
