TA1, TA2, TA3: All are commercial pure titanium alloys (without alloying elements such as aluminum (Al) and vanadium (V)), featuring excellent weldability, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. They are widely used in aerospace, medical, chemical and other fields.

TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V): A high-strength titanium alloy with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance, commonly used in high-end scenarios such as aero-engine components and aerospace structural parts.

  3. Good thermal stability: Long-term service temperature up to 350–400 ℃, with strength retention rate > 80% at 400 ℃.

Production Process

 
Raw Material Preparation: Titanium sponge + Al-V master alloy → mixing → electrode compaction
Vacuum Melting: 2–3 times remelting in VAR furnace → high-purity ingot obtained
Hot Working: Ingot heating (1100–1150℃) → billet forging → hot rolling into bars
Heat Treatment: Annealing (700–800℃, air cooling) or solution aging
Finishing: Turning / polishing → straightening → non-destructive testing (ultrasonic / eddy current)
Inspection & Packaging: Composition / property / dimension inspection → rust-proof packaging → warehousing
