Installation sequence

1. a. Use a manual cutter or electric alloy steel pipe cutter to cut the pipe vertically. After cutting the 904L Stainless Steel Pipe, remove the burrs inside and outside the pipe mouth and make it round;
2. b. Do not use any lubricant when putting the O-ring into the U-shaped groove at the end of the pipe fitting;
3. c. Use a marking marker to mark the insertion depth at the end of the pipe. The thin-walled stainless steel pipe must not be skewed when inserted into the pipe fitting, and the sealing ring inside the pipe fitting must not be twisted, deformed, cut or displaced. The depth of the socket is consistent with the line mark. When the adjustment formula size is 12-25mm, it is not more than 3mm; when it is greater than or equal to DN32, it is not more than 5mm;
4. d. Through professional extrusion tools, a circle of double-locking hexagonal groove structure with an inward concave shape is squeezed out on the left and right sides of the convex ring of the sealing ring, so that the appearance of the pipe fittings and pipes is slightly deformed, forming two hexagonal or elliptical shapes, forming sufficient connection strength. At the same time, due to the compression deformation of the sealing ring, it plays a sealing role, which can be checked with a hexagonal gauge;
5. e. After the clamping connection, use a hexagonal gauge to check whether the clamping process is intact. If the clamping is not in place, the clamping tool can be rotated 60° and re-clamped, and then checked with a hexagonal gauge.
6. f. When connecting with internal and external thread conversion joints, the threads should be tightened first, and then clamped;
7. j. Stainless steel pipes and pipe fittings should be fixed firmly with stainless steel brackets.
