304 Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Sheet – Germany Hardware & Home Appliance Client

1. Project Background

This long-term cooperation project is with a German household appliance and precision hardware manufacturer. The customer needed large quantities of stable and high-flatness cold rolled stainless steel sheets for stamping parts, cabinet panels and hardware accessories. Facing high local European material costs, the customer searched for qualified Chinese stainless steel factories and finally confirmed cooperation with us after sample testing and factory verification.

2. Customer Requirements

• Material: AISI 304 Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Sheet
• Standard: ASTM A240 / EN10088
• Thickness tolerance strictly controlled within ±0.02mm
• 2B surface, no scratches, no pits, suitable for stamping and polishing
• Stable ductility, no cracking during deep drawing
• Complete MTR and factory certification for EU customs clearance

3. Products We Supplied

304 CR stainless steel sheet, thickness 0.4mm–2.0mm, 2B finish, custom fixed size cutting. Total order 232 tons, used for home appliance shells and precision hardware stamping parts.

4. Production & Quality Inspection

We adopted multi-pass precision cold rolling and bright annealing process to ensure ultra-flat surface and eliminate internal stress. All products passed three-level inspection including dimension test, surface inspection and mechanical property test. Each batch is attached with full material test reports to ensure stable batch consistency.

5. Packaging & Shipment

Adopt double-sided PE protective film + anti-rust paper + export wooden pallet packaging, waterproof and anti-scratch for long sea transportation. Our team supervised the whole container loading process to ensure safe and intact delivery. Goods were shipped on schedule to Germany.
