This full-series multi-grade stainless steel pipe integrates super austenitic, titanium-stabilized austenitic, martensitic and ferritic stainless steel materials, equipped with dual 2B industrial matte and BA bright annealed surfaces, plus professional customized welding processing services. Completely different from single-type decorative or industrial pipes launched before, this product covers high-end extreme corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, high hardness wear resistance and cost-effective general industrial performance in one lineup. It solves the pain point of scattered material procurement for multi-scenario factory production, realizing one-stop matching of anti-corrosion, high-temperature, wear-resistant and conventional structural pipes. With flexible surface options and mature post-processing services, it is a comprehensive universal pipe solution for diversified industrial manufacturing.
The six grades cover four core stainless steel systems, with clear functional differentiation, realizing precise matching for different working conditions, no performance redundancy or insufficient adaptation:
High-alloy ultra-low carbon special stainless steel, added with high molybdenum, copper and nickel elements. It is far superior to ordinary 316L in corrosion resistance, capable of resisting dilute sulfuric acid, chloride salt, high-humidity marine and complex chemical mixed corrosive media. It features excellent pitting resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance, with stable performance in long-term extreme corrosive environments, serving as a cost-effective alternative to nickel-based alloys for heavy anti-corrosion industrial piping.
Optimized upgraded version of 316 stainless steel. The added titanium element eliminates welding sensitization and prevents high-temperature intergranular corrosion. It retains all advantages of 316 anti-corrosion performance, while greatly improving high-temperature thermal stability and anti-oxidation capacity. It will not deform or crack under long-term alternating cold and heat and high-temperature flushing, specially suitable for high-temperature pipeline systems and welded structural parts that require long-term stable operation.
Cost-effective nickel-free stainless steel with low thermal expansion coefficient and good thermal conductivity. It has excellent atmospheric oxidation resistance and forming performance, with stable mechanical properties in conventional normal temperature and medium-temperature environments. Economical and practical, it is suitable for general industrial structural parts, automotive auxiliary piping and ordinary dry environment equipment accessories, realizing effective project cost control.
Basic heat-treatable high-strength stainless steel. It can achieve high hardness and structural rigidity through heat treatment, with outstanding mechanical strength and wear resistance. It has simple anti-corrosion ability, suitable for mechanical structural pipes, valve accessories and general wear-resistant parts that prioritize strength over extreme anti-rust performance.
High-carbon chromium martensitic stainless steel, with higher hardness and wear resistance than 410 after quenching and tempering. 420J2 has higher carbon content and stronger hardness and rigidity than 420J1. Both grades feature stable mechanical wear resistance, widely used in precision mechanical parts, tool accessories and wear-resistant industrial piping components, meeting high-precision wear-resistant assembly requirements.

2B Industrial Matte Surface
Formed by cold rolling and continuous pickling fine finishing, with uniform delicate matte texture, flat and non-reflective. The surface is dense and stain-resistant, not easy to scratch, suitable for hidden industrial piping, mechanical internal parts and equipment structural components. It requires no secondary polishing, adapts to rough industrial processing, and maintains stable performance in long-term industrial operation.

BA Bright Annealed Surface
Processed by vacuum bright annealing and fine mirror finishing, with smooth mirror gloss, no oxide scale and no grinding lines. The compact surface layer enhances anti-corrosion and anti-fouling ability, suitable for exposed decorative piping, high-end equipment outer accessories and precision instrument piping, balancing aesthetic performance and service stability.
Aiming at the processing differences of different stainless steel systems, we provide targeted professional welding services, solving the industry pain points of difficult welding, weld oxidation and performance attenuation of martensitic and high-alloy pipes. For austenitic 904L and 316Ti pipes, we adopt anti-sensitization welding process to avoid weld corrosion; for martensitic 410/420 series, we use low-temperature precise welding technology to prevent welding deformation and hardness reduction; for ferritic 430 pipes, we optimize welding parameters to ensure firm welds without cracking.
We support one-stop processing services including fixed-length cutting, port chamfering, butt welding, elbow assembly welding and post-weld surface repair. After processing, the weld seam is flat and dense, with consistent strength and corrosion resistance as the base material. Customers can obtain finished semi-finished pipes directly, greatly simplifying downstream production procedures and improving processing yield.
All pipes adopt precision cold rolling / hot rolling integrated forming process, with strict control of dimensional tolerance, roundness and straightness. Different material systems are matched with exclusive heat treatment processes: high-temperature stabilization treatment for 316Ti, stress relief treatment for martensitic high-hardness pipes, and surface densification treatment for 904L high-alloy pipes. The whole series of pipes have uniform internal grain structure, stable performance, no deformation, no cracking during secondary processing and long-term service.

Different grades and different surface pipes are packaged separately. BA bright surface pipes are individually wrapped with anti-scratch film and equipped with dust-proof pipe caps; 2B industrial pipes are protected with moisture-proof and wear-resistant packaging.
