This 0.3–3mm medium-thin colored stainless steel plate series is specially calibrated for conventional interior and semi-outdoor decorative engineering, with a positioning completely different from ultra-thin foil, heavy thick structural plates and full-size unlimited customized sheets introduced previously. The thickness window of 0.3mm to 3mm covers the most widely used specifications in decoration factories, hardware processing plants and interior fit-out projects, balancing light forming performance and surface flatness. It unifies two core substrate options 304 and low-carbon 316L, supports brushed, matte, minor mirror multiple base textures matched with vacuum ion plating color treatment. The product abandons oversized customized parameters that are only suitable for large curtain wall projects, focusing on standardized spot supply + small-scale custom cutting, catering to medium and small decoration manufacturers, furniture factories and retail engineering contractors with medium-batch demand. It forms a cost-effective standardized colored metal plate solution for daily high-end decorative construction.

The mainstream cost-efficient grade for all indoor decorative scenarios. Its stable austenitic structure resists indoor humidity, air conditioning condensation, dust and ordinary water splash erosion. After vacuum coloring, the color film is tightly bonded to the steel substrate, no fading or peeling under long-term indoor use. The 0.3–3mm thickness range fits all indoor processing needs: thin gauges for curved ceiling and arc decorative lines, medium thickness for flat wall veneers, elevator inner panels and cabinet facade panels. For dry indoor shopping malls, hotels, offices and villa interior decoration, 304 fully meets service life requirements while significantly lowering overall procurement costs of decoration projects.

Upgraded low-carbon molybdenum grade for semi-outdoor and high-humidity spaces. Compared to 304, it greatly enhances resistance to chloride ions, mild salt fog, pool vapor and chemical floating dust. The ultra-low carbon composition eliminates welding sensitization, so weld positions will not produce rust spots after long-term semi-outdoor exposure. It is ideal for corridor exterior walls, swimming pool surrounding decorative surfaces, underground humid commercial spaces and seaside indoor public areas, solving the problem of discoloration and corrosion of ordinary colored plates in humid corrosive micro-environments.

Unlike full-range thickness customized plates covering ultra-thin foil and heavy structural boards, this series locks the 0.3–3mm thickness band specially optimized for decorative processing, with targeted performance advantages for each sub-thickness:

1. 0.3mm–1.0mm ultra-thin colored plates: Ultra-light weight with excellent ductility, easy cold bending, rolling and arc forming. Perfect for complex streamline decorative modeling, curved ceilings, narrow decorative edge strips and wrapped surface cladding. No heavy keel support required during installation, effectively reducing the load of indoor wall and ceiling structures.
2. 1.0mm–3mm medium thin plates: Moderate rigidity, strong flatness and anti-sagging performance after large-area laying. Not easy to deform under long-term static load, suitable for large-area elevator cabin panels, hotel background walls, mall partition flat veneers and furniture outer decorative panels. The thickness can resist slight daily collision scratches, lowering later maintenance frequency of public spaces.

All plates adopt uniform flattening treatment after rolling, eliminating internal stress. After cutting, bending and installation, the board surface remains flat without local warping, ensuring neat splicing effect for decorative walls.

This colored plate series supports diversified base textures to match different design styles, different from single brushed or single mirror fixed substrate of other products:

Available base surfaces include fine hairline matte, soft matte, 6K semi-mirror and 8K mirror. All base plates go through strict degreasing, polishing and flattening before coloring to remove surface pits, scratches and uneven texture.

Coloring adopts environmental vacuum PVD ion plating technology rather than spray paint. Metal ions are fused with stainless steel substrate under high vacuum, forming a compact wear-resistant color protective layer. Available tones include titanium gold, rose gold, black titanium, bronze, champagne, gun gray, sapphire blue and other mainstream decorative metallic colors. The color layer features strong UV resistance and friction resistance; frequent wiping and minor impact will not cause peeling or color loss, forming double anti-corrosion protection together with the stainless steel passivation film.

The 0.3–3mm thin plate series is highly compatible with all conventional decoration workshop equipment, without special large-scale processing machinery:

Supports CNC cutting, grooving, cold bending, punching and argon arc welding. For colored surfaces, low-temperature welding technology is used to avoid local oxidation blackening of texture and color film at weld joints. Matching repair coloring materials can restore consistent surface effect after welding, with almost invisible splicing traces.

We provide value-added fixed-length cutting service according to construction drawings, directly supplying finished size plates. It avoids waste of raw materials caused by on-site secondary cutting and saves labor time for decoration teams. Each finished plate is covered with high-adhesion glue-free protective PE film, which can be easily torn off after construction without residual glue polluting the colored surface.

Soft isolation paper is padded between stacked plates to prevent scratches on colored surfaces; different thicknesses and grades are bundled separately, packed with moisture-proof film and loaded on lightweight wooden pallets.
