Product Overview
3003 Aluminum Alloy Sheet is a non-heat-treatable aluminum-manganese wrought alloy, commonly known as anti-rust aluminum sheet in the metal processing industry. It is the most widely used alloy in the 3xxx series, engineered with manganese as the primary alloying element to upgrade structural stability, corrosion resistance and fatigue performance compared with pure aluminum grades such as 1100.
Manufactured under strict compliance with ASTM B209, EN AW-3003, ISO 6361 and China GB/T 3880 standards, our 3003 aluminum sheet adopts high-purity molten aluminum ingots through homogenization heating, hot rolling, precision cold rolling, tension leveling and vacuum annealing processes. The finished material features uniform internal grain structure, ultra-stable mechanical consistency, low internal stress and excellent surface quality.

Technical Specifications & Properties
Chemical Composition: Aluminum base content minimum 98.6%, manganese content 1.0% to 1.5%, iron below 0.7%, silicon below 0.6%, copper 0.05% to 0.20%, with strict restrictions on zinc and titanium trace elements.
Physical Properties: Density 2.71 g/cm³, melting point 650°C to 660°C, thermal conductivity 193 W/(m*K), linear coefficient of thermal expansion 23.2×10⁻⁶ /°C, electrical conductivity approximately 50% IACS.
Dimensional Specifications: Thickness range 0.2mm to 12.0mm with precision tolerance control. Standard sizes include 1000×2000mm, 1220×2440mm, 1500×3000mm and 2000×4000mm. Custom width, length slitting and special-shaped cutting available.
Mechanical Properties by Temper:
  • O Temper: Tensile strength 110-130MPa, yield strength 40-55MPa, elongation 25-30%
  • H14 Temper: Tensile strength 140-180MPa, yield strength 120-160MPa, elongation 10-15%
  • H18 Temper: Tensile strength 180-220MPa, yield strength 160-200MPa, elongation 5-8%

Excellent ductility with low cold processing resistance. O temper supports deep drawing, stretch bending, roll forming, flanging and twisting without cracking. H14 and H18 tempers maintain good machinability with improved structural hardness for high-speed stamping and precision cutting.

Excellent welding adaptability for argon arc welding, spot welding, laser welding and gas welding. Dense, smooth welds without pores or cracks. Consistent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance in weld areas. Good riveting, bonding and screw assembly performance.

High thermal conductivity enables rapid, uniform heat conduction and dissipation. Low thermal expansion coefficient ensures minimal deformation under temperature changes. Lightweight property reduces equipment self-weight and energy consumption.

Clean, uniform surface base adapts perfectly to anodizing, powder spraying, fluorocarbon spraying, wire drawing, polishing, sand blasting and anti-oxidation coating. Strong adhesion, uniform color, wear resistance and weather resistance.
