304 Stainless Steel Round Bar Bulk Supply for European Mechanical Equipment Manufacturer

This cooperation case is with a professional mechanical equipment manufacturer based in Romania, focusing on industrial automation equipment, machinery frames and mechanical accessory production. The client used to purchase stainless steel round bars from local European suppliers, but faced high material costs, long lead times and unstable dimensional accuracy.

After searching reliable Chinese manufacturers on Google, verifying factory qualifications, testing sample quality and confirming technical parameters, the customer officially placed a bulk order of 192 tons 304 stainless steel round bars in June 2026 for their mass mechanical parts production. To ensure high precision and stable performance for mechanical processing, we implemented full-process standardized production and three-level quality control:

First, we select high-purity 304 stainless steel raw billets and strictly test chemical composition before production to ensure stable nickel and chromium content. Adopt precision hot rolling + centerless grinding process to guarantee uniform diameter and ultra-high straightness. After rolling, all bars undergo stress relief treatment to eliminate internal stress and avoid deformation during machining.

During the inspection stage, we carry out 100% full inspection including dimensional tolerance test, straightness test, surface defect inspection, tensile strength and hardness test. Each batch is attached with official material test reports to ensure zero defective products delivered.

For long-distance ocean transportation to Europe, we adopt professional sea-worthy export packaging. Each steel bar bundle is equipped with anti-collision plastic end caps, wrapped with waterproof paper and anti-rust film. All bundles are fixed on solid export wooden pallets with high-strength steel belts to prevent sliding, bending and surface scratching during transportation.

After packaging completion, our professional loading team supervised the whole container loading process. The steel bars are stacked neatly and fixed firmly inside the container to avoid extrusion and collision. All goods were loaded into 40HQ containers and shipped on schedule, completing delivery 2 days in advance of the agreed time.

The goods passed EU customs clearance and customer incoming inspection smoothly.
