A Thailand local chemical & environmental equipment manufacturer specialized in waste-water treatment reactor and heat exchanger fabrication. 1. Thickness optimization: Original design 3mm 304 was replaced with 2.2mm 304N1 cold rolled sheet, satisfying pressure bearing requirement directly, reducing single-set steel consumption and lowering overall material expense by nearly 18%.
2. Precision cold rolling process: Strict cold rolling + bright annealing + leveling, uniform 2B matte surface without scratch, pinhole and roller mark, stable thickness tolerance ±0.02mm, convenient for bending, welding and polishing deep processing.
3. Export standard configuration: Custom fixed-size cutting, surface PVC protective film, full set of MTC test report, factory certificate, customs clearance documents complying with ASTM A240 & JIS G4304 international standard for smooth import customs clearance.

All cargo was finished production and delivered within agreed lead time. After one full-year field operation under humid tropical Thailand climate and corrosive wastewater environment:

• No pitting corrosion or crack occurred on reactor inner wall, equipment maintenance cycle prolonged from 1 year to over 3 years, client’s after-sales repair cost dropped sharply;
• Lighter sheet thickness lowered equipment self-weight, saving subsequent transportation and installation expense;
