Raw Material Smelting & Composition Control: Strict batching of ferroalloy and stainless steel scrap, precise nitrogen content controlled between 0.10%~0.25% via argon oxygen decarburization refining, eliminating composition segregation to guarantee uniform material performance of finished coils.
2. Multi-pass Precision Cold Rolling: Hot rolled blank goes through repeated cold rolling on high-precision rolling mills, gradually reducing thickness to customized 0.3mm–6.0mm, strictly limiting thickness tolerance within ±0.02mm to realize ultra-flat plate surface.
3. Bright Annealing Treatment: Protective gas bright annealing under high temperature removes internal processing stress of steel plate, optimizing bending and welding performance, forming standard 2B uniform matte surface free of oxidation and color difference.
4. Leveling, Slitting & Quality Inspection: Online leveling corrects plate flatness; customized fixed-length cutting and PVC film protection available. Every batch passes tensile test, hardness detection and corrosion spot test, complete MTC material test report attached for export customs clearance.
