Combined with three functional grades 304, 303S and 310S, it targets precision mechanical processing, high-temperature working conditions and general industrial assembly. The square and flat profile delivers superior positioning and anti-rotation performance compared to round rods, making it ideal for parts requiring precise clamping and fixed installation. Adopting precision rolling and shaping technology, the products feature right-angle edges, flat surfaces and tight dimensional tolerances. We keep mainstream 10mm, 12mm, 14mm sizes in stock, providing one-stop material solutions for machinery factories, thermal equipment manufacturers and hardware processing workshops.

Three grades are configured for distinct industrial demands, with clear functional divisions:

The universal all-purpose grade, balancing corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and machinability. It works steadily in normal workshop environments, resisting oxidation, moisture and atmospheric rust. With good toughness and weldability, it is easy to bend, cut and weld. As a versatile option, it fits most conventional structural parts and general machining workpieces, serving as the basic material for daily industrial production.

Optimized for free-cutting performance, the biggest highlight of this grade. Added sulfur element greatly reduces cutting resistance, lowers tool wear, and produces smooth cuts without burrs during high-speed turning, drilling and milling. It effectively boosts production efficiency for mass precision machining. Its corrosion resistance is slightly lower than 304, so it is mainly used for dry indoor processing scenarios, and is the preferred material for large-batch standard parts and complex shaped components.

Professional ultra-high temperature resistant grade with high chromium and nickel content. It can withstand long-term service at temperatures up to 1150°C, featuring excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance and thermal stability. It will not soften, deform or peel under continuous high heat and alternating cold and hot cycles. Different from conventional corrosion-resistant grades, it is specially developed for thermal industrial equipment, and maintains stable structural performance in extreme high-temperature environments.

Unlike round rods that are prone to rotation during assembly and use, square bars have regular quadrilateral structure and clear right-angle edges. They achieve reliable anti-rotation and anti-slip effects after clamping and installation, ensuring high positioning accuracy for precision equipment. Flat bars combine flat surface and solid structure, suitable for surface mounting, lap jointing and large-area stress bearing.

All edges are finely processed without sharp burrs. The flat surface is smooth and flat, which facilitates scribing, positioning and fixture fixing during machining. Uniform section size across the whole bar guarantees consistent assembly accuracy for finished parts, reducing assembly errors and later debugging work.

We adopt special square rolling and straightening processes for shaped bars. After forming, stress relief heat treatment is carried out to eliminate internal stress, so the bar will not twist or deform after long-term placement or secondary processing. Strict inspection is implemented on squareness, flatness and dimensional tolerance to ensure each piece meets precision machining standards.

The surface adopts standard drawn finish, which is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant. It avoids excessive surface reflection interference during machining, and no additional polishing is required for conventional processing. For special needs, customized surface treatment is also supported.

Matching the characteristics of different grades, the whole series shows excellent processing adaptability. 304 suits diversified processing such as welding, bending and conventional cutting; 303S is outstanding in high-speed automatic lathe processing, greatly improving the yield of mass-produced parts; 310S retains stable mechanical properties after high-temperature processing, and is not easy to crack during forming in high-temperature working state.

1. 304 Square/Flat Bar: General mechanical structural parts, equipment support bases, assembly brackets, conventional building hardware and ordinary corrosion-resistant components.
2. 303S Square/Flat Bar: Precision turning parts, standard fasteners, instrument accessories, mass-produced mechanical pins and complex stamping blanks, focusing on high-efficiency cutting production.
3. 310S Square/Flat Bar: Industrial furnace fixtures, high-temperature oven brackets, heat treatment tooling, boiler peripheral parts and high-temperature flue fixing components.

All products comply with international industry standards, equipped with complete mill test reports for incoming inspection and export customs clearance. Shaped bars are separated and bundled to protect right angles and flat surfaces from collision and abrasion. Reinforced wooden frame packaging is used for long-distance transportation.
