After online inquiry on our website, sample test, video factory audit and price comparison, the client confirmed formal cooperation in Mar 2026, total order: 212 tons CR stainless steel sheet for their annual stamping production plan.

1. Material Grade: SUS304 & SUS316L, comply with EN10088 & ASTM A240 standard;

1. Raw material incoming inspection: Test chemical composition of stainless steel coil before rolling, reject unqualified raw coils;
2. Multi-pass precision cold rolling + bright annealing to remove internal stress, improve flatness & ductility;
3. Leveling & cutting workshop: Cut sheets to customer required fixed dimension;
4. Three-stage QC: Workshop self-check → QC full inspection → Third-party random inspection (SGS);

Inspect items: dimension tolerance, surface condition, tensile/yield strength, elongation rate. All goods passed full test before packaging.

All sheets adopt double-sided PE protective film + anti-rust craft paper wrapping per piece, fixed on export solid wooden pallet with steel strapping, moisture-proof & anti-scratch for long sea transportation to Poland.

After finished packaging, arrange truck delivery to seaport warehouse, load goods into 20GP & 40HQ container under our staff supervision to avoid collision damage during loading. Book sea freight to Gdansk Port Poland. All goods shipped on schedule ahead of required date.

Goods smoothly cleared Poland customs, client incoming inspection fully passed all technical indexes. The cold rolled sheets perform perfect during mass stamping production without cracking or deformation, greatly reduce client reject rate.
