4. Export Scenarios
Exporting textured decorative sheets requires greater care in packaging than plain stainless steel, due to the three-dimensional surface:
- Surface protection during transit: A laser-cut PVC or PE protective film is applied to the textured surface. Film thickness is typically 70 μm or higher, as the peaks of the ripple pattern are more exposed to abrasion than flat surfaces. The adhesive must be formulated for clean removal after extended transit and storage.
- Interleaving and stacking: Sheets are interleaved with soft, non-abrasive material such as foam sheeting or thick protective paper to prevent the embossed peaks of one sheet from pressing into the surface of the adjacent sheet during transport vibration.

5. Processing Capabilities
