This product lineup combines hot rolled round rods and customized hexagonal bars, covering austenitic and duplex stainless steel grades. It differs from conventional round, square and flat bars introduced before, focusing on high-load, anti-corrosion and temperature-resistant industrial scenarios. Hexagonal profile features natural anti-rotation performance, perfectly matching bolt, nut and socket assembly needs, while hot rolling craftsmanship endows the material with dense internal structure and superior overall toughness. With four differentiated grades, this series forms a complete material solution for chemical, marine, thermal and general industrial fields. Added titanium element to restrain carbon precipitation, it fundamentally prevents intergranular corrosion caused by welding and long-term high-temperature operation. It maintains stable performance under 400–850°C cyclic temperature environments, with good thermal fatigue resistance. Compared with ordinary corrosion-resistant steel, it excels in high-temperature welding structures, and will not generate rust or strength attenuation along weld seams. Suitable for equipment parts that work under both heat and humid conditions.

A dual-phase material combining austenite and ferrite, it is a highlight of this series. It boasts double advantages: far higher mechanical strength and impact resistance than common 300-series austenitic steel, meanwhile retaining excellent resistance to chloride, acid and pitting corrosion. Its yield strength is nearly twice that of 304L/316L, capable of bearing heavy static and dynamic loads. It also features good stress corrosion resistance, ideal for harsh working conditions where high strength and strong anti-corrosion are required simultaneously.

Classic low-carbon grade, excellent comprehensive atmospheric corrosion resistance. The ultra-low carbon formula eliminates welding sensitization, so welded joints keep intact anti-rust performance without extra treatment. It has balanced ductility and machinability, cost-effective for general corrosive environments and conventional welded structural parts. It is a reliable universal material for widespread industrial assembly.

Optimized for severe corrosive environments. Molybdenum element greatly enhances resistance to salt mist, chloride ions and dilute acid erosion, performing outstandingly in coastal areas, chemical workshops and water-contact equipment. Ultra-low carbon composition further improves welding stability, making it the preferred grade for marine, petrochemical and sewage treatment facilities.

Different from round and square bars, hexagonal bar is designed for rotary clamping and fastener assembly. Its six-sided structure fits standard wrenches, sockets and automated clamping tools perfectly, realizing quick disassembly and installation. It completely avoids slipping and rotation during tightening, which cannot be replaced by round bars in fastener and shaft parts production. The six edges are uniformly processed with smooth surfaces and precise angular tolerance, ensuring tight fit with mating parts.

All products adopt professional hot rolling forming. Compared with cold drawn bars that focus on surface finish, hot rolled materials undergo high-temperature forging, with tighter internal grain and lower residual stress. They are not easy to deform or crack under long-term heavy load and temperature change. The surface presents natural hot rolled finish, wear-resistant and durable, no need for fine polishing for internal components, which effectively controls production cost.

All grades have excellent processing adaptability: 304L and 316L are easy for cutting, bending and welding; 321 performs stably after high-temperature processing; high-strength 2205 adapts to precision turning and drilling for heavy-duty parts. Hexagonal bars retain original shape and dimensional accuracy during machining, with no edge collapse or distortion. We also provide pre-cutting, chamfering and other preliminary processing to help customers streamline production procedures.

Hexagonal bars are bundled separately to protect six edges from collision and abrasion. Hot rolled round rods are wrapped with moisture-proof materials and fixed with reinforced wooden frames.
