This product integrates food-grade seamless stainless steel pipe and matched solid stainless steel rod, manufactured strictly per ASTM A788 standard. Unlike conventional industrial structural bars, hot/cold rolled profiles and common industrial pipes we introduced before, this series is specially optimized for hygienic and food safety requirements. It abandons ordinary industrial material formulas and surface treatments, focusing on non-toxicity, easy cleaning, bacterial resistance and media purity. The seamless pipe adopts one-piece hot extrusion forming, while the supporting solid rod shares the same food-grade material system, forming a complete set of piping + matching parts solution for food and beverage production. It is the dedicated material for scenarios with strict hygiene and sanitation standards.

The biggest difference between this material and regular stainless steel lies in its food-contact grade formulation and purification treatment. We select high-purity raw materials with strictly controlled heavy metal, lead and harmful impurity content, fully complying with food safety regulations. No toxic substances will precipitate when contacting water, beverages, edible oil and various food raw materials, posing no health risks to finished products.

Compared with ordinary industrial stainless steel, this food-grade material retains excellent corrosion resistance against food acids, alkalis, sugar liquids and cleaning detergents. It resists chemical erosion from daily CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning agents, and will not generate rust, discoloration or harmful substances after long-term contact with food media. Meanwhile, the material has smooth inner and outer surfaces that are not easy to adhere residues, effectively inhibiting bacteria and mold growth, which is the core requirement for food production environments.

The matched food stainless steel rod uses the same high-purity smelting process. It has stable mechanical performance, no peculiar smell and no surface coating, and can be directly processed into connecting shafts, fasteners and support parts for food machinery, realizing unified material standard for the whole production line.

This 33.4mm × 2.77mm pipe adopts integral seamless forming technology, totally different from welded stainless pipes. There is no welding seam on the pipe body, eliminating hidden dead corners where dirt and bacteria easily accumulate at weld joints. The inner wall is smooth and continuous, ensuring unobstructed flow of liquid, pulp and granular food materials, avoiding material retention and cross-contamination.

The fixed specification of 33.4mm outer diameter and 2.77mm wall thickness is a mainstream standard size for food sanitary pipelines. The wall thickness is evenly distributed across the entire pipe, with stable pressure resistance. It can withstand conventional working pressure and frequent liquid flow impact in food production, without pipe deformation or leakage. After forming, the pipe undergoes overall bright annealing and passivation treatment, further enhancing surface corrosion resistance and surface finish, and simplifying daily cleaning work.

All pipes are inspected one by one for roundness, straightness and air tightness. Even after long-term use and repeated high-temperature cleaning, the dimensional stability remains excellent, adapting to continuous production mode of food factories.

The supporting food stainless steel rod is designed for pipe installation and food machinery assembly. It has moderate hardness and good machinability, supporting cutting, threading, bending and welding. The welding part will not produce harmful oxides, and the weld meets food hygiene standards.

The rod surface is polished finely, free of pits, cracks and gaps. It will not hide food residues during use, and can be quickly cleaned with conventional sanitizers. It is mainly used for pipe fixing brackets, equipment rotating shafts, connecting pins and structural fasteners, perfectly matching the seamless pipeline to build a fully hygienic production system.

For food industry installation and use, both pipe and rod have excellent constructability. The seamless pipe is easy for cutting, bending and butt joint assembly; the pipe ends can be processed into sanitary quick-fit interfaces, which are widely compatible with standard food pipe fittings, valves and pumps. Disassembly and assembly are convenient, facilitating regular equipment disassembly, deep cleaning and regular maintenance required by food factories.

High-temperature steam sterilization and chemical disinfection are common in food workshops. This material can withstand repeated high-temperature sterilization and cold-hot alternation, without performance degradation, surface peeling or corrosion. It maintains stable hygiene and mechanical properties in long-term cyclic disinfection environments.

All products strictly follow ASTM A788 standards and food-grade material testing specifications. Each batch is accompanied by material certificates, hygiene inspection reports and pressure test records, supporting factory incoming inspection, food safety audit and export clearance.

For packaging, seamless pipes are covered with plastic protective caps at both ends to prevent dust and foreign matter from entering the pipe cavity. The outer surface is wrapped with anti-scratch film, then bundled and fixed with wooden frames. Food-grade steel rods are packed separately with sealed moisture-proof packaging to keep the surface clean.
