Titanium alloy has special processing characteristics, so we adopted dedicated smelting, forging and rolling production lines. We strictly control the proportion of aluminum and vanadium elements to ensure stable material performance.

All semi-finished products go through multiple forging, precision rolling and stress relief treatment to eliminate internal stress and guarantee straightness and structural uniformity. Before delivery, our QC team conducts full inspection covering chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional tolerance and surface quality. Random sampling is also sent to third-party institutions for testing, to make sure all products meet international high-end industry standards.

Titanium products are high-value materials and easy to produce surface scratches. We adopt high-grade customized packaging: each bundle is wrapped with soft anti-scratch cloth and sealed with moisture-proof film. Reinforced solid wooden pallets are used for overall fixation, with shockproof measures added inside. This packaging effectively avoids friction, collision and moisture erosion during long-distance ocean transportation.

Our experienced loading team takes charge of the whole operation. Titanium bars are stacked separately and firmly fixed inside the container to prevent shifting and deformation. All goods are loaded into 20GP containers and shipped from the port on schedule, arriving at the destination port safely within the agreed time.
