Corrugated Stainless Steel Sheet for Thailand Factory Roof & Wall Cladding Project

This client is a large local construction and industrial engineering contractor in Thailand, mainly undertaking factory renovation, warehouse construction and outdoor building enclosure projects. Due to Thailand’s tropical high temperature, heavy rain and high humidity environment, ordinary color steel sheets are easy to rust, leak and age quickly.

The client planned to use corrosion-resistant stainless steel corrugated sheets to replace traditional roofing materials. After comparing multiple Chinese suppliers, they chose our factory for stable quality, precise wave shape and competitive export price, and placed a large bulk order for their new industrial park roofing and wall cladding project.

The project is used for outdoor long-term exposure scenarios, so the client put forward strict requirements on corrosion resistance, wave uniformity and overall flatness:

We provided customized standard corrugated stainless steel sheets fully tailored for outdoor building engineering:

Different from flat stainless steel sheets, corrugated panels require high-precision molding and consistent pressure control. We used professional full-automatic corrugated rolling machines to ensure each wave is uniform, symmetrical and smooth.

All raw coils are inspected before production to guarantee pure 304 material. After stamping and forming, our QC team checks flatness, wave uniformity, surface finish and cutting precision one by one. Defective products are strictly eliminated to ensure 100% qualified delivery for construction projects.

To prevent wave deformation and surface scratch during long sea transportation, we adopt customized layered packaging. Each layer is separated by protective film. The whole stack is wrapped with waterproof and dust-proof kraft paper, and fixed with wooden pallets and steel belts. The whole package is compression-resistant and moisture-proof, fully suitable for tropical ocean shipping.

Considering the thin and easy-to-deformation characteristics of corrugated sheets, our team adopted layered stacking and segmented fixing during container loading. Professional workers supervise the whole process to avoid extrusion and bending. All goods were loaded into 40HQ containers and shipped on schedule to Bangkok Port.

After the goods arrived, the client completed on-site inspection and construction. All corrugated sheets feature neat waves, flat surface and strong weather resistance. No rust or deformation appeared after rainy season tests.
